超声及微泡辅助基因传递正在迅速发展,其中,超声起着触发转染的“扳机点”作用,微泡作为能量的聚焦点亦不可或缺。基因转染成功的关键在于通过载体将基因安全高效地传递到靶器官。从最初超声辅助质粒转染发展到超声与脂质体-质粒联合介导转染,超声及微泡介导的基因载体经历了近三十年的发展。本文就超声及微泡介导的基因转染及基因载体的最新进展做一综述。

[Abstract]U1trasonic and microbubb1e assisted gene de1ivery is booming now.U1trasound p1ays a ro1e of the trigger point in triggering the transfection and microbubb1es,as the foca1 point of energy,is a1so indispensab1e.The success of gene transfection depends on an efficient and safe carrier system that de1iveries genetic materia1 into target organ.From initia1 u1trasound assisted p1asmid transfection to u1trasound associated 1iposome-p1asmid mediated gene transfection,u1trasound and microbubb1e mediated gene carrier has been deve1oped for near1y thirty years.This artica1 reviewed the recent advances in u1trasound and microbubb1e mediated gene transfection and gene carrier.
