    上颌切牙内收后其移动方向与牙根吸收间的相关性分析

    目的探究上颌切牙内收后牙根吸收情况及上颌切牙移动方向与牙根吸收间的相关性。 方法选取2008年9月～2011年12月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院就诊的12～22岁正畸患者60例为研究对象，均为安氏Ⅱ1类，在正畸治疗前后分别拍摄平行投照根尖片及头颅侧位定位片，测量上颌切牙的牙根长度、中切牙唇倾度、切缘点位移及根尖点不同方向的位移。采用Wi1coxon秩和检验和多重线性回归进行统计学分析。结果治疗后，96.4%的切牙存在不同程度的牙根吸收，侧切牙吸收程度高于中切牙(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示，伸长、压低及UI-PP角对牙根吸收程度有影响(P<0.05)。结论侧切牙较中切牙牙根受力后更易吸收；牙齿的伸长、压低及根舌向转矩均会导致牙根吸收量增加，而牙齿的水平位移及总位移无此影响。
