    基于体验式培训的医院新职工岗前培训模式探索及满意度分析

    本文通过综述当前国内医院新职工岗前培训的形式及问题，结合首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院引入体验式培训的实践探索，重新设计了医院新职工岗前培训体系，并通过问卷调查法对培训满意度进行了分析，发现体验式培训满意度较高且受到新职工的一致认可，从而提出了丰富理论课程授课形式，缩短授课时间；加强团队建设模块内容设计；完善体验式培训细节；做好培训后期随访，巩固培训成果的建议。

    [Abstract]This artic1e summarizes the modes and prob1ems of pre-emp1oyment training of hospita1 new emp1oyees，combined with practica1 exp1oration of experimenta1 training in Beijing Tongren Hospita1，Capita1 Medica1 University，reprocess the new pre-emp1oyment training system of hospita1 new emp1oyees.This artic1e ana1yzes the degree of training satisfaction by questionnaire method，finds that the satisfaction of experientia1 training has a high 1eve1 of satisfaction and genera1 consent.This artic1e puts forward proposa1s as fo11ow∶mu1tip1ied the training method and shorten the training period；strengthen the team construction modu1e design；perfect experientia1 training detai1s；comp1ete fo11owup after training，conso1idate the training resu1ts.
