    信息化培训与医院核心竞争力的提升

    信息化培训是医院培训的一个分支，也是医院培训发展的新方向。在我国，随着各家医院信息系统建设的迅猛发展，信息化培训逐渐发展起来，医院的核心竞争力因此得到很大提高。本研究旨在通过信息化培训对医院核心竞争力影响的阐明，提出做好医院信息化培训的具体方法和步骤。通过参照国内培训理论和实践等方面研究成果，从医院的运行效率与其信息化程度的密切关系入手，探讨信息化培训对医院核心竞争力形成的影响。针对我国医院信息化培训当前的现状，提出只有医院一把手充分重视，专人负责及分级培训，制订培训计划，明确培训需求，科学设计培训内容，切实提高培训效果，建立有效培训评估体系，才能做好医院信息化培训。在“十三五”期间，通过本文提出的医院信息化培训实施步骤，能够提高医院信息化培训效果，促进医院核心竞争力的提升。
