    颊肌黏膜瓣的研究和临床应用进展

    颊肌黏膜瓣具有质地柔软、分泌功能、血供丰富等多种特性，自设计之后应用于临床，已成为修复口腔以及口周缺损的良好手段，获得较好效果，并在一些情况下成为首选手术方式。本文对颊肌黏膜瓣血管和神经支配的解剖学研究和应用其修复治疗腭裂、唇红和舌缺损等方面进行回顾，并初步描述了通过组织工程以及功能重建等方法扩展颊肌黏膜瓣应用前景。

    [Abstract]Buccinator myomucosal flap has become excellent approach for oral and perioral defects since the Initial design，with soft texture，Secretory function，good blood supply and other characteristics.It is the preferred choice in some situation.This paper reviews anatomic studies about blood supply and nerve distribution，describes cleft palate，vermilion/tongue defects and other clinical applications about buccinator myomucosal flap，and preliminarily discusses its extended applications prospective of buccinator myomucosal flap through tissue engineering，functional reconstruction and other approaches.

    1987年，Maeda等[1]首次报道了应用颊肌黏膜瓣修复腭裂的研究，颊肌黏膜瓣因其血供可靠、供区隐蔽等优点，受到诸多学者青睐，得到进一步深入研究和广泛应用 ......
