    Podoplanin在恶性肿瘤中表达的研究进展

    近年来随着肿瘤的发病率不断上升，肿瘤的早期发现就显得尤为重要。Podoplanin蛋白是一种作为淋巴管内皮标志物的跨膜唾液酸糖蛋白。本文介绍了Podoplanin蛋白的分子结构和生物学功能，回顾了Podoplanin在肺癌、乳腺癌、食管癌、骨肉瘤、口腔癌等多种恶性肿瘤中的表达情况。得出Podoplanin蛋白作为一种特异性蛋白在多种恶性肿瘤组织中有着显著的表达，并且Podoplanin在不同恶性肿瘤中的表达差异对于恶性肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后有着良好的临床指导意义。

    [Abstract]With the rising incidence of tumors，tumors early detection is particularly important in recent years. Podoplanin protein，as a lymphatic endothelial marker，is a kind of sialic acid glycoteipron across cell membranes.This article introduces the molecular structure and biological function of podoplanin protein，and reviewes the expression of the podoplanin in lung cancer，breast cancer.esophageal cancer，osteosarcoma，oral cancer and other malignant tumors. It is concluded that podoplanin protein serving as a kind of specific proteins in a variety of malignant tumor tissues has obvious expression，and the expression of podoplanin in different malignant tumors has an important clinical significance for the diagnosis ......
