    基于德尔菲法研究熏蒸操作适宜部位、时间、温度的专家调查问卷分析

    目的 评价和筛选中医相关专家对中医熏、蒸疗法适宜部位、时间、温度操作规范的意见，为制订“中医治未病操作规范-熏蒸”提供依据。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)法，在文献调研基础上编制专家问卷调查表，对全国10省市专家进行2次问卷调查，对所得数据进行统计分析。结果 两次调查问卷分别收回有效问卷34份与35份，专家积极系数分别为94.4%与100.0%。专家对推荐躯干及四肢作为熏法、蒸法治疗适合部位的意见集中程度与协调程度较高。结论确定了以躯干及四肢、头面部为熏蒸适合部位等的27个条目作为“中医治未病操作规范-熏蒸”框架的涉及内容。

    [Abstract]Objective To evaluate and screen the opinions of TCM experts about fumigation standard operating on appropriate position，time and temperature，and provide evidence for the formulating fumigation standard operating procedure of TCM prevention of disease.Methods On the basis of the research literatures，Delphi method was used to make expert questionnaire，then the 2nd questionnaire results by experts from 10 provinces were analyzed.Results A total number of 34 and 35 valid questionnaires were received respectively.The activity index of the experts was 94.4%and 100.0%respectively.The concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts on recommending the trunk and limbs as suitable part for fumigation were obviously high.Conclusion 27 items are finally determined to access as the framework of fumigation standard operating procedure of TCM prevention of disease. ......
