    MRI诊断膝关节Ⅴ型骨挫伤26例临床分析

    目的探讨MRI诊断膝关节Ⅴ型骨挫伤的价值。方法回顾性分析丰县人民医院2014年9月～2016年4月收治的膝关节Ⅴ型骨挫伤患者26例的MRI及临床资料。膝关节MRI以轴位T2WI、矢状位T1WI及抑脂序列、冠状位T2WI及抑脂序列扫描为主。结果 Ⅴ型骨挫伤表现为同时累及髌骨内下缘及股骨外髁前外缘的骨髓水肿信号及髌股内侧支持带损伤。骨髓水肿呈T1WI稍低、T2WI稍高或中等、抑脂序列明显高信号，以抑脂序列显示最佳。横断面上显示，髌股内侧支持带损伤最佳并能进行分级。MRI显示19例髌骨外侧脱位和其他异常。结论MRI能准确诊断膝关节V型骨挫伤，轴位扫描可较好评价髌骨脱位及髌股内侧支持带的损伤情况。

    [Abstract]Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI for the typeⅤ bone contusion of knee.Methods From September 2014 to April 2016，in the People's Hospital of Fengxian，the MRI and clinical data of 26 patients with typeⅤbone contusion of knee were retrospectively analyzed.MRI scanning was performed in axial T2-weighted，sagittal T1-weighted and fat suppression，coronal T2-weighted and fat suppression sequence.ResultsⅤtype of bone contusion performance involved contusion edema of the inferomedial patella and the lateral femoral condyle as well as rupture of the medial patellofemoral ligament.The bone marrow edema signal showed T1WI slightly lower ......
