    第三军医大学医学本科生“创新实验组”第二课堂教学的实践与经验

    传统医学本科生培养教学模式具有不利于提高学生的主动性、学生理论知识不系统、缺乏科研创新能力的培养等局限性，改革传统的医学教育模式势在必行。第三军医大学生理学教研室在五年制医学本科生教学过程中尝试“创新实验组”模式，具体实施步骤分为课程讲座阶段、文献导读阶段、课题实践阶段、总结答辩阶段四个阶段，针对不同层次的本科生，采取个性化的培养方案，极大激发了学生的自主学习热情，在提升学生创新精神、创新思维、创新综合能力上取得了良好效果。
