    医学模拟技术在呼吸内科临床教学中应用与展望

    临床实习教学在医学生的培养方面举足轻重，但因受到执业环境及传统带教模式等影响而受到挑战。医学模拟技术作为一种新兴的医学教学新技术，在呼吸内科的基础和临床专业临床技能、支气管镜操作、综合临床急救等技能培训方面有着广阔的应用前景，很好地弥补了传统临床实习教学中存在的不足，而标准化患者的应用则弥补了上述技能培训所缺乏的人文关怀及医患沟通技术，所以医学模拟技术必将成为未来临床教学的方向。

    [Abstract]Clinical practice teaching plays an important role in cultivating medical students.However it has been challenged from working environment and traditional teaching mode.The medical simulation technology becomes a promising teaching mode.It is able to cover the shortage of traditional teaching mode.Meanwhile，it presents broad prospects in training the skills of Respiratory Internal Medicine，such as clinical basic skills，clinical professional skills，bronchoscope operation and integrated clinical emergency skills，et al.Though lacking of humanistic care and doctor-patient communication skills，standardized patient would be helpful to remedy the defects.So medical simulation technology will be a popular clinical teaching mode in the future. ......
