    气管插管非计划性拔管发生及管理研究现状

    气管插管非计划性拔管(UEX)一直以来都是重症医学科主要不良事件之一，因此对于此类问题研究从未间断过。通过检索UEX相关文献，简述气管插管UEX发生现状，介绍UEX护理管理现状及近几年引进的管理方法及理念，分析得出UEX发生率呈下降趋势，但距“零拔管率”还有一定距离，尚未形成统一的气管插管UEX管理体系。指出社会对医务工作者要求越来越高，为满足患者对护士“零犯错率”的要求，寻找一种符合目前医疗环境的UEX管理方法可能是今后护理研究方向之一。

    [Abstract]Unplanned extubation of endotracheal intubation has been one of the major adverse events in the intensive medical department，so the research on this kind of problem has never been interrupted.By retrieving UEX related documents，this paper briefly introduces the present situation of unplanned extubation of endotracheal intubation，the current situation of nursing management，the management methods and ideas introduced in recent years.Derived analysis is the incidence rate of UEX was decreased，but from the"zero extubation rate"there is a certain distance，the management of UEX has not yet formed a unified system.And it pointed out that the society demands more and more medical workers.In order to meet the requirement of"zero error rate"for nurses ......
