    淋球菌核酸检测试剂盒的质量评价

    目的对12种淋球菌核酸检测试剂盒进行质量评价。方法应用12种淋球菌PCR试剂盒质控参考品，按照各试剂盒说明书的方法提取模板及核酸扩增，检测各试剂盒的阳性参考品符合率、阴性参考品符合率、批内精密度及最低检测限，并进行比较分析。结果12种试剂盒的阳性参考品符合率及阴性参考品符合率均为100%；批内精密度：各试剂盒检测结果Ct值的变异系数均小于5.0%；12种试剂盒中有10种试剂盒的最低检出限能达到1×103个菌/mL，其中3种能达到1×102个菌/mL，但另外2种试剂盒的最低检出限仅达到1×104个菌/mL。结论12种淋球菌核酸检测试剂盒质量均较好，性能可靠。
