    本文回顾了熊去氧胆酸治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化在国内外的研究现状，简述了熊去氧胆酸应答不佳的原因、发生机制及临床表现，介绍了国内外学者对于熊去氧胆酸应答不佳的主要处理方法。提出了随着熊去氧胆酸在原发性胆汁性肝硬化中的广泛应用及越来越多应答不佳患者的出现，替代治疗或联合治疗成为未来发展趋势及研究方向。

    [Avsteact]This article reviewed the research status of Ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis at home and abroad，it expounds the cause of the poor response of Ursodeoxycholic acid，mechanism and clinical performance，this paper also introduced the main processing method by the domestic and foreign scholars for the poor response of Ursodeoxycholic acid.With the wide use of Ursodeoxycholic acid in primary biliary cirrhosis and more and more patients with poor response of Ursodeoxycholic acid are appeared，it puts forward that the replacement therapy or combination therapymay be the future development trend and research direction.
