    吗替麦考酚酯联合泼尼松治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎的效果

    目的吗替麦考酚酯联合泼尼松治疗对紫癜性肾炎患儿症状尧免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年12月~2015年12月内蒙古医科大学附属医：收治的86例紫癜性肾炎患儿的临床资料，根据临床治疗方案的不同将其分成两组：环磷酰胺冲击联合泼尼松治疗的37例患儿作为对照组，吗替麦考酚酯联合泼尼松治疗的49例患儿作为观察组。比较两组患儿的临床症状尧免疫功能及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组血尿尧尿蛋白尧关节痛等症状消失时间[(34.15依10.03)尧(16.20依6.12)尧(5.10依0.03)d]均少于对照组[(78.85依11.70)尧(27.68依9.60)尧(7.80依2.65)d]，差异均有统计学意义(P约0.05)曰治疗后，两组患儿免疫球蛋白A(IgA)尧IgG与IgM水平和生活质量各项评分均优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P约0.05)。结论吗替麦考酚酯联合泼尼松治疗能够改善紫癜性肾炎患儿的患者临床症状和免疫功能，提高其生活质量。

    [Avsteact]Ovjective To explore the effect of Mycophenolate Mofetil combined with Prednisone on symptoms,immune function and life quality of children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis.M ethods Clinical data of 86 children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis who had received treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from December 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups according to the different clinical treatment,37 children given the treatment of Cyclophosphamide combined with Pred—nisone were set as the control group,49 children treated with Mycophenolate Mofetil combined with Prednisone were set as the observation group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,immune function and life quality of two groups were compared.Results Disappearance time of hematuria,proteinuria,joint pain were(34.15依10.03),(16.20依6.12), (5.10依0.03)d respectively,less than those in the control group[(78.85依11.70),(27.68依9.60),(7.80依2.65)d],the differ—enceswere statistically significant(P约0.05).Scores of immune function and life quality of two groups after treatment were improved,and those scores of the observation group after treatmentwere better than those of the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P约0.05).Conclusion Mycophenolate Mofetil combined with Prednisone can improve the clinical symptoms,immune function and life quality of children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis. ......
