    目的研究及分析西安市第四医：(以下简称野我：冶)门诊干眼症患者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取2013年3月耀2016年4月期间于我：眼科普通门诊就诊的460例干眼症患者为观察组，并选取同阶段的460名健康体检者为对照组，然后以眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分标准对两组生存质量进行评估，并比较两组的评分结果，同时对观察组中不同年龄尧性别尧文化程度尧严重程度尧角结膜疾病史尧睑板腺功能情况及疾病类型患者的OSDI评分结果进行比较，并采用Logistic分析其相关影响因素。结果观察组的OSDI评分结果差于对照组，且观察组不同年龄尧性别尧文化程度尧严重程度尧角结膜疾病史尧睑板腺功能情况及疾病类型患者的OSDI评分结果差异有统计学意义(P约0.05)，经Logistic分析显示，年龄尧性别尧文化程度尧严重程度尧角结膜疾病史尧睑板腺功能情况及疾病类型均与此类患者的生存质量有密切的关系(均P约0.05)。结论我：门诊干眼症患者生存质量相对较差，年龄尧性别尧文化程度尧严重程度尧角结膜疾病史尧睑板腺功能情况及疾病类型均是其重要的影响因素，应给予上述因素以充分的重视及干预。

    [Abstract]Objective To study and analyze the life quality of patients with xerophthalmia and its influence factors in Outpatient Department of Xi'an No.4 Hospital(野our Hospital冶for short).M ethods Four hundred and sixty patientswith xerophthalmia in General Outpatient Department of Ophthalmology of our hospital from March 2013 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group by the convenience sampling,460 healthy persons at the same period were selected as the control group,then the life quality of patients of the two groups was evaluated by ocular surface disease index (OSDI)standard,and the scores of the two groups were compared,at the same time,the OSDI sores of different ages, gender,education degree,severity degree,angle conjunctival diseases history,meibomian gland function situation and disease types in the observation group were compared,and the related influence factors were analyzed with Logistic analysis.Results The OSDIscores of observation group were worse than those of control group,and the OSDIscores of different ages,gender,education degree,severity degree,angle conjunctival diseases history,meibomian gland function situation and disease types in the observation group had statistically significant differences(P约0.05).By Logistic anal—ysis,the ages,gender,education degree,severity degree,angle conjunctival diseases history,meibomian gland function situation and disease types had close relationship with the life quality of these patients(all P约0.05).Conclusion The life quality of patients with xerophthalmia in our hospital is relatively worse,and the ages,gender,education degree, severity degree,angle conjunctival diseases history,meibomian gland function situation and disease types are all its im—portant influence factors,so those factors should be paid enough attention and intervention. ......
