    重组人白细胞介素-11治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后血小板减少的临床观察

    目的研究重组人白细胞介素11(rh IL-11)治疗不同恶性肿瘤化疗后导致的血小板减少的效果和不良反应。方法采用单中心、非随机、自身对照、前瞻性研究，选取120例自2014年10月～2016年1月入：，化疗致血小板减少的恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象。入：后化疗引起血小板减少不采用药物改善的治疗周期为对照组，同一患者在下一周期化疗引起血小板减少后给予rh IL-11 50μg/(kg·d)皮下注射为试验组，比较试验组与对照组的疗效，试验组中不同肿瘤的疗效及不良反应。数据采用t检验、单因素方差分析和Kruskal-Wallis H检验。结果Kruskal-Waillis H检验分析(Hc=0.95，v=3，P>0.05)提示不同肿瘤的组间构成无差异。试验组中肺癌血小板恢复的效果优于对照组及其他恶性肿瘤(P<0.05)，试验组用药11 d后血小板上升的幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，主要不良反应为发热、感冒样症状、乏力、心悸、恶心呕吐、皮疹、头痛等。结论rh IL-11对化疗引起的血小板减少症疗效显著，临床不良反应可耐受，未发生严重不良事件。
