    外科治疗腋窝淋巴结结核的效果

    目的探讨在抗结核药物治疗的前提下以功能性区域性腋窝淋巴结清扫术为主的手术方式治疗腋窝淋巴结结核的效果。方法选取2011年7月～2014年6月首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院收治的21例腋窝淋巴结结核患者，在抗结核药物治疗的前提下，根据病变的局部情况，给予功能性区域性腋窝淋巴结清扫术。观察患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流管留置时间及术后复发情况。结果功能性区域性腋窝淋巴结清扫术平均手术时间为(2.23±0.35)h，术中平均出血量为(50.35±12.29)mL，术后引流管平均留置时间为(5.36±2.08)d，临床治愈率为100%。术后进行了为期12～18个月的随访，患者手术部位均无复发。结论应用功能性区域性淋巴结清扫术治疗腋窝淋巴结结核，手术效果确切，能够减少术后复发，提高患者的生活质量。

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment of axillary lymph node tuberculosis with precise regional axillary lymph node dissection on the premise of anti tuberculosis drug treatment.Methods 21 cases of inpatients with axillary lymph node tuberculosis from Beijing Chest Hospital，Capital Medical University were enrolled from July 2011 to June 2014.On the premise of anti tuberculosis drug treatment，according to the local conditions of the lesions，precise regional axillary lymph node dissection surgery were used in the treatment.The operation time，intraoperative bleeding ......
