超声和微泡联合应用降低了超声的空化阈值,提高了超声的成像能力,尤其是各种靶向微泡的出现使得经超声介导的诊断和治疗更加精细、准确、高效。近年来超声溶栓已从实验室研究走向了临床应用,因其无创、便捷和确切的疗效逐渐引起临床的重视。靶向微泡不但能与靶组织紧密结合,增强靶组织的超声成像,更可以携带药物或基因至靶组织,通过超声微泡定向爆破技术定向释放,使目的基因在靶组织中稳定表达,因此,该技术在心血管疾病的治疗中具有极大的潜在价值。

[Abstract]Application of ultrasound combined with microbubbles reduced the ultrasonic cavitation threshold and improve the effect of the ultrasound imaging.As the research and development of various targeted microbubbles,the diagnosis and treatment of ultrasound became more precise,accurate and efficient.In recent years,sonothrombolysis has already been applied in clinical practice out of laboratory research and got great attention for its non-invasive,convenient and precise effect.Targetmicrobubbles can not only be closely combined with target tissue,enhance the ultrasound imaging,but also can deliver drug or gene to the target tissues.By combined with UTMD,target gene can stably express in the target tissue.Therefore ......
