    白细胞介素-8与肿瘤的研究进展

    白细胞介素-8(IL-8)是一细胞来源较为丰富的细胞因子，属趋化因子CXC亚家族成员之一。最初研究表明，IL-8在调节细胞生长与分化、炎性反应、免疫应答、机体防御损伤及修复等过程中起着重要作用。最新研究发现，IL-8在肿瘤发生发展中亦发挥重要作用。本文简述了IL-8的血清表达及其临床意义，并从多角度对IL-8与肿瘤易感性、肿瘤血管生长、肿瘤发展演进及肿瘤耐药之间的关系展开分析，分析表明IL-8与肿瘤最初发生到最终浸润转移及临床化疗之间关系密切。因此，对其进行深入研究有望给肿瘤临床化疗带来新的突破，为肿瘤靶向治疗提供新的思路。

    [Abstract]Interleukin-8(IL-8)is a cytokine which has an abundant source of cells.And it is also amember of the CXC subfamily of chemokines.Initial studies indicate that IL-8 plays an important role in regulating cell growth，cell differentiation，inflammation，immune response，the body's defense and repairing damage process.The latest study finds that IL-8 also plays an important role in tumor development.This article not only reviews the expression and clinical significance of IL-8 in serum，but also analyzes the relationship of IL-8 and tumor susceptibility，blood vessel growth，the development of the tumor and the drug resistance from amultiple perspectives.The analysis shows that IL-8 has a close association with the occurrence ......
