    含替吉奥化疗方案治疗晚期食管癌的研究进展

    替吉奥胶囊是一类口服氟尿嘧啶衍生物的抗肿瘤药物，由替加氟、吉美嘧啶和奥替拉西三种成分组成。替吉奥已经应用于胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌等肿瘤的治疗中，并取得了肯定的疗效。近年来，替吉奥治疗晚期食管癌越来越受到关注。本文简述了目前临床上常用的含替吉奥化疗方案治疗晚期食管癌的临床研究，说明了该方案疗效肯定，不良反应少，是一种理想的选择。但这些临床试验往往是单中心、小样本的试验。今后，期望有更多的多中心、随机、双盲、大样本的临床研究能够进一步证明替吉奥在晚期食管癌中的疗效。

    [Abstract]S-1 is a kind of oral fluorouracil antitumor drugs，which consists of Tegafur，Gimeracil and Potassium oxonate.It has been used in the treatment of gastric cancer，lung cancer，colorectal cancer and other tumors，and has obtained definite curative effect.In recent years，S-1 has attracted more and more attention in advanced esophageal cancer.The paper briefly describes chemotherapy schemes inclued s-1 which are widely used clinically at present，explains the schemes are ideal choices which have definite curative effect and less adverse reaction.But these clinical studies are always single center and small sampleclinical.Multi-center，randomized，double blind，massive clinical trials should conduct to further evidence the efficacy of s-1 in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. ......
