    基于PDCA循环理论的医院志愿者管理模式探索

    本文总结了医院志愿者管理工作的研究现状和问题以及PDCA循环应用于医院管理的现状，结合首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院应用PDCA循环进行志愿者管理的实践，阐明了基于PDCA循环的志愿者管理体系及管理过程，并对志愿者管理过程中的问题进行了讨论，得出以下结论：开拓志愿者招募渠道，引入不同层次志愿者；提高志愿者培训成效，完善志愿者培训课程；加强志愿者宣传力度，做好志愿者信息管理。本文为后续的管理实践和理论研究奠定了一定的基础。

    [Abstract]This paper summarizes the current situation and problem of hospital volunteer management and the current situation of applying the method of PDCA for hospital management.And with the current situation of Beijing Tongren Hospital's taking advantage of PDCA to volunteer management，this paper proclaims the applying process and discusses the problems encountered during volunteer services，obtaining the following conclusions：opening up information channel and recruiting volunteers of different background；promoting the training effectiveness and improving the training course；enhancing the publicity and promoting the information management.The paper may apply the theory and practice foundation for the future research.
