    [摘要] 目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估工具在血液科住院医师临床能力考核中的应用效果。 方法 2014～2015年应用迷你临床演练评估改良量表对在首都医科大学宣武医院血液科参加规范化培训的36名住院医师进行7个项目临床核心能力考核，并评价其应用效果。 结果 培训结束时住院医师在迷你临床演练评估的5个项目包括医疗面谈技能、体格检查技能、人文关怀、沟通技能、整体临床胜任能力中分数和合格率明显高于培训初期(P < 0.05)，考核教师及住院医师对迷你临床演练评估的满意度高达90%以上。 结论 采用迷你临床演练评估能全面考核住院医师临床工作能力，操作简单，兼具教学功能，值得在住院医师标准化培训中进行推广。

    Application of mini-clinical evaluation exercise for assessing clinical competence of residents in the Hematology Department

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effects of mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) for clinical competence evaluation among residents in the Hematology Department.
