    [摘要] 国际药学联合会(FIP)对全球66个国家的药学继续教育进行了调查并发布调查报告，旨在帮助各国提高药学服务能力。本文从药学继续教育的内容、形式、教育提供方、资金来源、管理机构、执照维持制度等方面介绍全球药学持续职业发展/继续教育(CPD/CE)概况，并对我国执业药师的继续教育发展提出合理建议。建议加强药师以及CPD/CE理念的宣传，合理安排继续教育内容和形式，实现多方资金支持，发展施教机构及其认证标准，制订继续教育评估体系。
