    [摘要] 目的 了解我国村卫生室从业人员的基本情况，分析其现状及存在的问题，提出相应的对策建议，以促进我国村卫生室的建设和发展。 方法 根据2008～2014年全国卫生统计年鉴的数据、各省卫生厅信息中心网络系统数据及2015年东、中、西部17个省的106个村卫生室的实地调查数据，调查村卫生室从业人员的数量、性别、年龄、学历、教育培训、收入、业务等基本情况，通过Excel 2010对所搜集的样本数据进行整理，利用R语言统计软件对数据进行统计学分析。 结果 我国村卫生室从业人员数量呈现上升趋势，但地区间存在差异；男女比例趋向3∶1；平均年龄为46岁；以高中或中专学历为主；90.57%的村卫生室从业人员在近一年内接受过培训；工作重心多放在临床治疗中。 结论 村卫生室从业人员总量不足，存在地区差异；性别比例失衡、年龄结构老化；专业水平偏低，教育培训不足；收入待遇低，业务重心偏颇。
