    [摘要] 目的 探讨Livin、Caspase-8在人骨肉瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。 方法 选择2008年3月～2015年3月于唐山市人民医院就诊的骨肉瘤患者64例为观察组，取其骨肉瘤组织作为生物样本；选择同期就诊的非骨肉瘤患者64例为对照组，取其正常骨痂组织作为生物样本。按照骨肉瘤诊治规范对相关生物样本进行分析，分析观察组所有样本的肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、病理分型、Enncking分期等；检测两组样本中Livin和Caspase-8的表达水平；分析其与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。 结果 Livin在观察组骨痂组织中阳性表达率显著高于对照组(P 0.05)，而肿瘤的大小、Enncking分期和患者最终生存时间与Livin和Caspase-8的表达相关(P < 0.05或P < 0.01)；Livin蛋白表达和Caspase-8蛋白表达呈负相关(r = -0.392，P < 0.05)。 结论 骨肉瘤组织中Livin的表达量显著升高，而Caspase-8的表达量显著降低，且Livin和Caspase-8的表达与骨肉瘤的肿瘤大小、Enncking分期及患者最终生存时间有关。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Livin and Caspase-8 in human osteosarcoma.
