    [摘要] 乳腺癌是一种严重危害女性健康的恶性肿瘤，随着乳腺癌发病率不断升高，乳腺癌的病因预防越来越受重视。近年来，全科医生在社区中的独特优势愈发受到重视。本文通过探讨全科医生在乳腺癌病因预防中相对于专科医生的能力优势、角色优势、职责优势和关系优势，从全科医疗干预、社区健康教育宣传、中医适宜技术的应用方面展望全科医生在乳腺癌病因预防中的策略，从而降低乳腺癌的发病率。

    [Abstract] Breast cancer is a malignant tumor which causes serious damage to womens health， and its primary prevention attracts more and more attention. In recent years， people pay more and more attention to the unique advantages of general practitioners in the community. This paper discusses the advantages of abilities， roles， responsibilities and relationships between general practitioner and specialist and the primary prevention strategies from the point of view of general medical intervention， community health education propaganda and the application prospect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technologiesin breast cancer， and further reduce the incidence of breast cancer.
