    [摘要] 科技发展、社会进步和医学模式转变对高等医学教育提出了新的要求，培养基础知识扎实、适应能力强、有创新意识的药学专业人才成为现阶段药学高等教育的主要目标。本文提出了多元化构建教学实践平台，培养创新型应用型药学专业人才模式的改革措施并付诸实践，为药学人才培养模式的创新性研究打下必要基础。

    [Abstract] With the economy development， the advance of society and the change of medical model， new requirement is claimed to high medical education. It has been the main goal of pharmacy high education to culture a large number of pharmacy professional talents with broadknowledge level and skills， strong adaptability and a sense of innovation. In this article， the innovation mode of building teaching practice platform system by multichannel， and cultivating innovative applied pharmaceutical technology professional talents were proposed and put into practice. These reforms will lay the foundation of innovative research for pharmacy training mode.
