    [摘要] 住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分，对医师的培养和成长至关重要，旨在加强卫生人才队伍的建设，提高我国的医疗卫生服务水平。本文运用SWOT分析法分析了广东省实施住院医师规范化培训的内部环境和外部条件，指出培训工作中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，并提出四种应对策略，包括广东省在开展住院医师培训工作时如何发挥优势、克服劣势、利用机会、规避风险，制订正确策略，使培训工作可持续发展。

    [Abstract] The standardized resident training is an important part of post-graduate medical education in China， which plays a vital role in the development of doctors. Its purpose is to strengthen the construction of health personnel， improve the level of health services in China. This article uses SWOT analysis to analyze the internal environment and external conditions of the standard residency training in Guangdong province， points out the strengths， weaknesses， opportunities and threats， and puts forward four kinds of coping strategies， including how to exerting strengths， overcoming weaknesses， exploiting opportunities， avoiding risks， and formulate correct strategies to promote the sustainable development of the training work. ......
