    [摘要] 抗肿瘤药物对人体的肿瘤组织及正常组织均有抑制和杀伤作用，随着抗肿瘤药物的广泛开发及临床应用，职业接触抗肿瘤药物的危害日渐加重，职业损伤已成为不容忽视的问题。对国内外近年来护士职业性接触抗肿瘤药物的危害、预防对策文献进行综述。旨在进一步认识抗肿瘤药物对护士职业的危害，加强对接触抗肿瘤药物防护的重要性认知，促进相关防护措施落实，提高护理管理效能，保障群体健康安全，为制订及时、有效的接触抗肿瘤药物防护干预对策提供规范性的参考依据。

    [Abstract] Anti-tumor drugs can exert suppressive and cytotoxic effect on both human tumor and normal tissues. With the rapid development and wide clinical application of anti-tumor drugs， the risk of the occupational contact with the drugs increases dramatically and the issues about drug-associated occupational hazard require more attention. Heretofore， we reviewed recent documents about the hazard and preventive strategies of the nurse occupational contact with the anti-tumor drug in order to better understand the risk of the drug contact and the necessity of the occupational protection. It would also help to establish and administrate a more timely and effective protective policies and strategies against anti-tumor drug contact in hopes of ensuring the group safety and health of the nurse population. ......
