    [摘要] 目的 初步建立浦东新区幼托机构聚集性手足口病分层分析法(AHP)-模糊综合评价模型，评估幼托机构聚集性疫情发生风险。 方法 采用文献归纳法、德尔菲专家咨询法、层次分析法，结合2010～2015年幼托机构疫情，开展风险评估指标体系的建立及指标權重评价。 结果 分析防控能力核心要素，筛选并确认了5个准则层及14个指标层，各指标所占权重不同，其中居前3位的分别为技术保障类(0.278)、疾病预警类和联防联控类(均为0.210)。 结论 利用AHP法建立模型，可针对各幼托机构的运行管理类和联防联控类指标进行评估，开展专项技术指导及督导，尽早采取措施防范聚集性事件发生及扩大。
