    [摘要] 目的 探讨双侧鼻导管吸氧时导管插入深度的不同对心内科患者舒适度的影响。方法 通过方便抽样，选取上海交通大学附属胸科医院2015年7月～2016年1月心内科CCU患者共120例作为研究对象，改变任意一侧鼻导管插入深度为1 cm作为观察组，另一侧保持原有深度(1.5 cm)作为对照组，在保证患者氧疗效果的前提下，比较患者不同侧鼻腔舒适度评分以及呼吸道症状的发生率。 结果 吸氧30 min和24 h后，观察组的舒适度评分均低于对照组(P 0.05)。改变鼻导管插入深度(1 cm)吸氧24 h后，观察组在鼻腔内异物感、鼻咽部痒疼、鼻黏膜干燥和鼻黏膜破损出血方面的发生率均低于对照组(P 0.05)。 结论 双侧鼻导管吸氧时，插入深度为1 cm的舒适度高于插入深度为1.5 cm，应根据患者鼻腔大小、深度等自身条件不同，调节双侧鼻导管吸氧时的插入深度。
