杨永 于明薇 杨国旺 王笑民 许炜茹[摘要] 趋化因子及其受体被认为在肿瘤转移中发挥重要作用,SDF-1及其受体CXCR4目前研究较多。CXCR4在多种高转移肿瘤中高表达,SDF-1/CXCR4轴可激活多种信号通路,参与肿瘤的侵袭与转移,可提高细胞运动、迁移与侵袭能力,促进基质降解,细胞间黏附及血管生成。提示精准干预SDF-1/CXCR4轴从而抑制肿瘤转移,具有潜在临床应用前景。

[Abstract] Chemokines and their receptors are thought to play an important role in tumor metastasis. SDF-1 and its receptor CXCR4 are currently studied. CXCR4 is highly expressed in high metastatic tumors. SDF-1/CXCR4 axis can activate avariety of signaling pathways involved in tumor invasion and metastasis, which can enhance cell motility, migration and invasion ability, promote matrix degradation, cell adhesion and angiogenesis.
