    [摘要] 近年研究发现苦参碱类生物碱不仅自身具有抗肿瘤作用，而且联合放化疗能够逆转化疗耐药，减轻放化疗毒副作用，提高疗效，是临床治疗恶性肿瘤良好的辅助药物。已有研究证明其临床用药复方苦参注射液在局部晚期鼻咽癌放化疗的辅助治疗中可提高鼻咽癌放疗反应率、局部缓解率及完全缓解率，并减轻放疗引起的皮肤黏膜损伤及化疗毒性。本文对苦参碱类生物碱抗鼻咽癌的作用机制及临床应用进行综述。

    Effects of matrine-type alkaloid in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

    [Abstract] Recent researches have found that， not only matrine-type alkaloid itself has antineoplastic effects， but also matrine-type alkaloid combined with chemoradiotherapy can reverse the drug resistance of chemotherapy， reduce the side effects of chemoradiotherapy and improve the efficacy， which is a good ancillary drug for treating malignant tumors in clinic. Studies have proved that， Compound Kushen Injection in adjuvant therapy of chemoradiotherapy of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve the response rate of radiotherapy， partial remission rate and complete remission rate ......
