    [摘要] 目的 优选姜黄素提取工艺。 方法 以超声波法提取，在乙腈∶0.5%冰醋酸=50∶50，流速1.0 mL/min，柱温35℃，检测波长422 nm的高效液相色谱条件下测量姜黄素含量，再应用星点设计-效应面法对工艺进行考察。结果 最优提取工艺：乙醇浓度70.89%、提取时间49.87 min、液固比15.07∶1，此条件下姜黄素最高得率为3.732%，实际值与理论值RSD为0.53%。 结论 该优选工艺预测性良好，能够为姜黄素进一步的开发利用提供试验基础。

    Optimization of extraction progress for curcumin by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology

    [Abstract] Objective To optimize extraction process for curcumin.
