    [摘要] 目的 分析半夏白術天麻汤合桃红四物加减联合西医治疗缺血性中风患者的临床效果。 方法 选择河北省唐山市玉田县中医医院2015年10月～2016年3月收治的95例缺血性中风患者，将其随机分为联合组(48例)和西医组(47例)。西医组患者给予阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林口服，依达拉奉静脉滴注，疗程2周；联合组患者给予半夏白术天麻汤合桃红四物加减联合西医治疗，疗程2周。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损状况、日常生活活动能力、生活质量、临床疗效及药物不良反应。 结果 治疗后联合组神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于西医组[(10.2±2.5)分比(15.2±3.1)分](P 0.05)。 结论 半夏白术天麻汤合桃红四物加减联合西医治疗缺血性中风效果显著，不良反应少，能够有效提高患者日常生活活动能力，改善患者生活质量，临床推广应用价值显著。
