    [摘要] 目的 探討针刀“二点三线”法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。 方法 选择2015年8月～2016年6月浙江中医药大学附属广兴医院针灸科门诊60例颈型颈椎病患者为研究对象，将其随机分为两组。针刀组30例采用“二点三线法”进行针刀治疗，每周治疗1次，共治疗4次；针灸组30例采用针灸治疗，每周治疗5次，共治疗4周。分别于治疗前和治疗4周后评定数字疼痛评分法(NPRS)评分和疗效，并记录不良反应。 结果 治疗后，针刀组NPRS评分为(2.22±0.45)分，明显低于针灸组[(5.20±0.60)分]，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；针刀组总有效率为86.7%，针灸组总有效率为60.0%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应出现。 结论 针刀“二点三线”法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果优于传统针刺法，适于进一步推广应用。
