    [摘要] 为了建立新的全科医学生规范化培训的教学管理模式，提高全科医学生的综合能力，使学生毕业后能够适应社区卫生服务的需要，首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院建立了导师组规范化培训制度，即在学生的规范化培训过程中，导师组运用全科医学理念对学生全程实施教学管理的模式。导师组教学管理的主要模式包括精心实施临床跟踪培训、提高学生临床技能和综合素质、提高学生科研能力、对教学管理及学生技能进行科学的评估等，进而培养出高素质的全科医学骨干人才，推动全科医学教育和国内全科医学事业的发展。
