    [摘要] 目的 观察自拟舒筋通络汤联合颈椎牵引治疗颈性心律失常的临床效果。 方法 选取山东省德州市中医院名医工作室2015年1月～2016年1月诊治的颈性心律失常患者72例，按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各36例。在颈椎牵引治疗的基础上，治疗组给予舒筋通络汤口服，对照组给予常规抗心律失常药物治疗，2周为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察两组患者的临床疗效及心电图改善情况。 结果 治疗组临床总有效率为94.4%，显著高于对照组的55.6%(P < 0.01)。治疗组心电图总有效率为94.4%，对照组为72.2%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 因颈椎病变导致心脏神经功能紊乱而引起的心律失常，常规抗心律失常药物治疗效果不佳，应用自拟舒筋通络汤联合颈椎牵引效果理想。
