    [摘要] 胃食管反流是指胃或十二指肠内容物反流入食管导致的一系列慢性症状和食管黏膜损伤，以及咽喉、气道等食管以外的组织损害。施小墨教授认为，本病是胃失和降、胃气上逆，虽然病位在食道，但肝胃不和是本，气火痰热互结为标，治疗仍以固护脾胃为本，并归纳总结其病因病机分为五型，即肝胃不和、脾胃虚寒、胃阴不足、肝胃郁热、痰气瘀阻，临床灵活应用多组对药治疗，取得了很好的疗效。本文同时从现代药理研究、针药并用等多角度阐述本病，旨在更好地指导临床治疗。
