自噬在阿尔茨海默病发病机制中的作用及治疗策略
李畅++刘明妍[摘要] 自噬是细胞清除异常积聚蛋白质的重要机制,在阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病机制中扮演重要角色。自噬囊泡的大量形成与溶酶体功能障碍在AD特征性病理改变如β-淀粉样蛋白沉积、Tau蛋白异常磷酸化的形成与清除密切相关,已成为未来AD潜在治疗靶点之一。深入了解自噬的机制及其与AD的关系对通过药物调节自噬从而延缓AD进展具有重要意义。因此,本文就自噬在AD发病机制中的最新研究进展,对自噬在AD中的作用及药物干预研究进行分析、归纳和总结,为深入研究AD的治疗策略提供理论依据。
