    [摘要] 目的 分析家庭康复训练对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿智力发育及心理运动发育的影响。 方法 选择2012年12月～2014年12月在四川省自贡市第三人民医院接受治疗的HIE患儿80例，随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患儿接受临床HIE常规干预，观察组患儿接受家庭康复训练，均持续12个月。采用Gesell发育诊断量表评价患儿的智力发育评分，采用心理运动发育指数(PDI)评估患儿的心理运动发育情况，检测两组患儿的血清脑功能指标含量。 结果 干预前两组患儿的智力发育评分、PDI水平、血清脑功能指标含量差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；干预12月后，观察组患儿的Gesell发育诊断量表中各项评分值均高于对照组患儿(P < 0.05)；干预后1、3、6、12个月，观察组患儿的PDI水平均显著高于对照组患儿(P < 0.05)；干预后6、12个月，观察组患儿的脑源性神经营养因子、神經生长因子含量显著高于对照组患儿，中枢神经特异蛋白、髓鞘碱性蛋白含量显著低于对照组患儿(P < 0.05)。 结论 家庭康复训练可促进HIE患儿的智力发育及心理运动发育，改善患儿远期预后。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the influence of family rehabilitative training on intelligence development and mental motor development of children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).
