    [摘要] 目的 比较环磷酰胺对幼年鼠、老年鼠与成年鼠免疫系统的影响。 方法 雄性C57BL/6幼年、成年、老年鼠各32只，各年龄小鼠均随机分为对照组(12只)和模型组(20只)。模型组成年鼠、老年鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺100 mg/kg，幼年鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺72 mg/kg。对照组腹腔注射等剂量生理盐水。分别在给药后第3、7、14、28天采用流式细胞仪、血细胞计数仪检测各年龄3只对照组、5只模型组小鼠相关免疫指标。 结果 给药后，与成年鼠相比，幼年鼠胸腺CD8+T细胞、CD4+CD8+T细胞、血浆IgA、IgG损伤恢复情况更好(P < 0.05)；脾脏Treg细胞恢复情况较差(P < 0.05)。与成年鼠相比，老年鼠脾脏指数下降更明显(P < 0.05)；外周血NK细胞、B细胞、中性粒细胞、CD4+T细胞恢复情况较差(P < 0.05)；白细胞数下降更明显且预后较差(P < 0.05)。 结论 应用环磷酰胺后，幼年鼠免疫系统损伤、恢复情况与成年鼠基本一致。环磷酰胺对老年鼠免疫系统的损伤较成年鼠更严重且预后较差。

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of immune system injury induced by Cyclophosphamide among juvenile， adult and aged mice. Methods The 32 male C57BL/6 mice of every age were randomly divided into control group and model group. Every age control group had 12 mice and model group had 20 mice. Adult and aged mice were treated with Cyclophosphamide 100 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection. Juvenile mice were treated with Cyclophosphamide 72 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection.
