纳米药物载体在口腔癌靶向治疗中的研究进展
杨雪垠 金武龙[摘要] 口腔癌是指发生于口腔黏膜上皮的恶性肿瘤,传统的手术治疗方法具有较高的致畸、致残率及死亡率。在过去的几十年中,手术结合放疗、化疗、生物治疗对此已有所改善,但仍然不是最佳的治疗方案。纳米技术作为一种新型靶向治疗肿瘤的手段,纳米药物载体在口腔癌的诊疗中得到不断深入的研究,如纳米粒、脂质体、聚合物胶束、水凝胶以及纳米晶体等。现对纳米药物载体在口腔癌靶向治疗中的研究进展进行综述,探讨纳米技术在口腔癌诊疗中的应用和进展,并为口腔癌的诊疗提供新思路。

[Abstract] Oral cancer is the occurrence of malignant tumors in the oral mucosa epithelium. The traditional surgical treatment has a high teratogenic, disability, and high mortality. In the past few decades, surgery combined with radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological treatment of the integrated sequence therapy had been improved, but it was not the best treatment. Now, nanoparticles are widely used in the treatment of oral cancer, such as nanoparticles, liposomes, polymer micelles, hydrogels, and nanocrystals, as a new target for the treatment of tumors. The progress of nano-drug carrier in oral cancer targeted therapy is reviewed, and the application and progress of nanotechnology in diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer are discussed, and new ideas are provided for the diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer. ......
