    [摘要] 目的 了解新疆乌鲁木齐市脑卒中患者社区康复的现状，为提高乌鲁木齐地区社区康复功能提供依据。 方法 2013年1月～2016年3月期间，采用分层随机多级抽样的方法，抽取了乌鲁木齐市6个社区卫生服务中心或社区卫生服务站点，对符合入选条件的所有脑卒中患者共573例进行问卷调查，内容包括患者的一般情况、患病情况、患病后接受治疗情况、是否接受过社区康复、对社区康复的了解状况、对社区康复的需求情况、对康复机构意向等方面，最后对调查数据进行统计分析。 结果 调查乌鲁木齐市部分社区卫生服务中心及社区卫生服务站点脑卒中患者共计573例，其中仅有7.33%的患者接受过社区康复服务，74.17%的患者不了解社区康复；54.63%的脑卒中患者对社区康复治疗的需求为确保康复疗效，16.75%的脑卒中患者对社区康复治疗的需求为转诊便利；经调查及宣传后47.30%的患者愿意选择社区康复。 结论 乌鲁木齐地区目前脑卒中患者的社区康复服务的覆盖面仍十分有限，脑卒中患者对社区康复知晓率很低，对社区康复知识的宣传还远远不够。
