[摘要] 本文拟探讨运用循证医学指导医院药学工作的具体实践和意义。总结循证医学在河南省洛阳正骨医院的新药引进制度、抗菌药物合理应用、药物临床应用评价和药学管理信息数据库建设等多个方面的实际应用情况，并对取得的成绩及存在的问题进行分析。循证医学为临床药学服务提供了科学可行的理念和实践方法，发挥了重要作用。要进一步对其进行探索和研究，不断完善制度和方式方法，全面提升药学服务质量。

    [Abstract] This paper is purpose to discuss about the practice and the significance by utilizing the evidence-based medicine to instruct the hospital pharmacy work. It summarizes the practical application of the evidence-based medicine in the pharmacy work of Henan Provincial Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital， including new drug introduction system， rational use of antibiotics， drug clinical evaluation and pharmacy management information database construction， and analyzes the achievements and problems. The evidence-based medicine provides a scientific and feasible idea and method for clinical pharmacy service， and it plays an important role in hospital pharmacy work. To improve quality of pharmaceutical care， the evidence-based medicine should be further explored and researched， and the system and method should be improved. ......
