山椒子中化学成分的研究
杜鹏 胡杨枝荣 张万畅[摘要] 目的 研究山椒子叶子中的化学成分。 方法 采用95%乙醇对山椒子叶子进行提取,乙醇浸膏以水稀释后分别用石油醚和乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得到石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位。各萃取部位采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶过滤等多种色谱方法进行化学成分的分离、纯化,化合物结构鉴定采用核磁数据分析及与文献数据对比。 结果 从山椒子的叶子中共分离得到8个化合物,经鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、glut-5-en-3-ol(Ⅱ)、蒲公英赛醇(Ⅲ)、spathulenol(Ⅳ)、人参炔醇(Ⅴ)、苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、山柰酚(Ⅶ)和(-)-clovane-2,9-diol(Ⅷ)。 结论 化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Uvaria grandiflora. Methods The leaves of Uvaria grandiflora was extracted with 95% EtOH to give ethanol extracts, which was further diluted by H2O and extracted with petroleum ether and EtOAc, respectively. The petroleum ether and EtOAc extracts afforded by extraction were isolated and purified by different chromatography, such as silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of isolated compounds were identified by NMR data analysis and comparison. Results Eight known compounds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), glut-5-en-3-ol (Ⅱ), taraxerol (Ⅲ), spathulenol (Ⅳ) ......
