    [摘要] 随着我国人口老龄化的持续发展，老年人已成为占有医疗资源的重要群体。如何应对人口老龄化所带来的老年健康服务，尤其是护理需求的增加是护理专业面临的现实问题。本文从护理需求的概念、国内外老年人护理需求的评价工具、内容、影响因素、满足情况几方面的研究现状进行了总结，以期为调查和满足住院老年人的护理需求提供方法或参考依据，从而提高老年护理服务质量和满意度。

    [Abstract] As the development of aging population of our country， the elderly has become an important group occupying medical resource. How to face with the increasing of health service especially nursing needs is a realistic question our nursing profession should confront with. This article summarizes the research status from these aspects below： the concept of nursing needs， the evaluation tools of nursing needs， contents of nursing needs， influencing factors and satisfy situation of nursing needs of the elderly at home and abroad， hoping to provide methods and references for investigating and satisfying the nursing needs of elderly people in hospital， thus increasing the quality and satisfaction degree of elderly nursing service. ......
