    [摘要] 目的 了解北京市社区防保人员培训情况及需求，为进一步完善相关培训提供参考。 方法 采取按比例分层整群抽样方法，2015年11～12月选取北京城区26家社区卫生服务中心，每家中心防保人员全部纳入，共388名防保人员参加问卷调查，统计方法实施频数统计、单因素R×C表χ2检验及多因素Ordinal回归分析。 结果 ①培训级别以区级(90.3%)及单位内部(61.9%)为主，培训机会少(91.5%)是主要诉求。②84.5%的人认为专业培训对工作有帮助，专业实践技能(78.61%)是今后培训需要加强的首要内容。③64.8%的人对培训内容较为满意，但对培训机会的满意度较低(56.4%)。④以培训机会为因变量，单因素分析发现，不同单位身份、不同执业类别及不同区之间的防保人员对培训机会的满意度差异有统计学意义(均P 0.05)。 结论 根据实际需求优化培训内容、提供更多培训机会及高级别的培训是今后完善社区防保人员培训体系需要考虑的方向。
