    [摘要] 本文从分析人与力的关系出发，引出人体弓弦力学解剖系统的概念及其优势，进而阐述人体弓弦力学解剖系统的分类、人体弓弦力学解剖系统与西医解剖系统的不同，阐明人体弓弦力学解剖系统对针刀医学诊疗过程的指导作用主要表现在将针刀诊疗过程从“以痛为腧”的病变点诊疗提升到对疾病病理构架整体诊疗的高度上来，显著提高针刀的治愈率，降低针刀治疗的复发率，从源头上杜绝了针刀医疗事故的发生，为针刀医学确定了研究对象，为针刀诊治疾病建立了形态病理学基础。

    [Abstract] This paper brings up the concept and advantage of human bowstring mechanics anatomical system started from analyzing the relationship between human and force， thereby expounds the classification of human bowstring mechanics anatomical system and the difference between human bowstring mechanics anatomical system and anatomical system of Western medicine， illuminates that guiding function of human bowstring mechanics anatomical system on the diagnosis and treatment process of acupotomology is mainly manifested in enhancing the treatment process of acupotomology from the lesion point treatment of "acupuncture at pain point" to the overall diagnosis and treatment of pathological framework of disease， which improves the cure rate of acupotomy significantly ......
