    [摘要] 帕金森病(PD)是以黑质多巴胺神经元变性、缺失及路易小体的形成为主要病理特点的一种中枢神经系统变性疾病。PD在中老年人发病率较高，且病程长，严重影响患者的生活质量。PD早期临床表现多样，起病隐匿，容易误诊漏诊。随着医学技术的进步，通过早期识别PD的临床表现以及早期影像学改变，从而提高对PD的早期诊断，具有重要意义。

    [Abstract] Parkinson disease (PD) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system. Its main pathological feature is the degeneration and loss of dopaminergic neurons in substantianigra and the formation of Louis's bodies. The incidence of PD is higher in the middle and old aged people， which has a long course of disease and seriously affects the quality of life in patients. The early clinical manifestations of PD are diverse， the onset is insidious， and easy to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. With the progress of medical technology， it is of great significance to improve the early diagnosis of PD by identifying the clinical manifestations and early imaging changes.
